lmao, this is hilarious. I just started reading a few days ago, but I'm loving this. I also think that the peace is around him since otherwise it wouldn't make sense considering all the Inferno Wolves and Elves from the start seemed like they weren't living on peace. That'd also explain why everyone agrees to live there upon arrival, is because it's truly peaceful.
