If I looked up and saw a bunch of spiders in the tree above me, I would freak out. I think it was Prague where in certain areas along the river that I visited, 1-inch or bigger spiders would just casually lower themselves from trees during the evening.
@sketches Don't go to Korea. While stationed there, there are areas where LOTS of these yellow/black striped spiders lived. Reallllllllly ugly looking things (and pretty large) too. Was not pleasant walking through any area they lived.
@Hounder I haven't been there in forever. Last time I was there was when I was a kid and my dad was stationed there. I don't remember that at all. I do remember there being lots of cicadas, dragonflies, and during the fall there were lots of caterpillars. xD
@boag Nope, nope, nope. If that were to ever happen around me, I would hole myself indoors, spray some spider spray everywhere including on myself, and live off of non-perishables until the spiderpocalypse was over. Then I'd need to go to the hospital for insecticide poisoning.
