Okay, let's take the women in order.
First off were the vampire and angel, correct?
Both of them are extremely famous & infamous for their combat capabitilies.
Vampire then told the first group of high elves about the village, and they later told all the other high elves as well.
Angel got her trio of angels as well and the lizardmen.
Later, vampire's sister arrived as well. She later brought along the onis.
The few beastmen were escorted by Lasti when they traded with their village.
The mountain elves were brought along by the gatekeeper dragon.
The civil servant / demon girls brought an army (easily defeated) and then just stayed, but they lived not far away to begin with.
Wolves and spiders were the first, but they weren't part of the women group, so i'll mention them here.
Don't think i'm missing any of the groups
Excluding the civil servant girls & beastmen , the weakest ones should be the lizardmen. Who are equivalent to several elite soldiers each.
All of the other women belong to races known for their military prowess.
Most of the high elves came there only for MC's seed and a place to stay and strenghten their race, right ?
The angels obey the first angel and the 2nd vampire obeys the 1st vampire, and they're both married and given birth.
The onis obey the vampires.
The mountain elves strictly were introduced there by dragons, but...
Beastgirls are there to strenghten ties and reduce number of mouths to feed in their village.
Civil servant girls are there to 'serve' for their crimes and then decided to stay.
In fact the elder dwarves did find their way there after just hearing about the alcohol there or about other dwarves there. But the first one said he's not a lolicon and not interested in any of the women there, and frankly they're all there just for the alcohol. And Dwarves tend to be pretty good fighters if need be.
Basically, the people there made their way there through sheer strength which their famous for or were escorted by those who are.
Now with all those reasons. Explain why women from any of those groups would want to be with someone else.
The only ones I can think of are the civil servant / demon girls, because they're all nobles, and would likely have to get married sooner or later and maybe the beastgirls, because they're just too young for the MC.
And I was focusing on their strength, because as you said 'All in all, in a world plagued by wars and ungodly monsters, it would be realistic if the MC needed to build a Wall to stop eager men from immigrating into the village full of food, wine, beautiful women and where monsters don't kill the denizens but actually protect them'
That village is either home to , allied with, friends with or married into the most powerful groups of races that world knows of.

Maybe because they get a chance to sleep with the only man once a month, if they are lucky, and get a few minutes of his attention a day, if they are lucky. If the MC actually manages to make dozens of children with dozens of women, those children will grow up knowing a village leader, not a father. Simply because there are so many of them. Those women will also only know a village leader, not a husband. Now, I'm not a woman, so I can't pretend to know a woman's heart, but somehow I doubt that's how all women want their romantic relationship to be. In fact many women would probably be bothered by the idea their man is continuously sleeping with multiple other women. In this particular case the situation is made easier, in a manner of speaking, by how the reality is evident for all of them from the beginning. No one among them had any delusions she could claim him solely for herself.
I've all the time been saying the new guys should be interesting. Well, in the first place, just look at the MC: He's a bloody bore, to put it plainly. There's absolutely nothing intriguing about him. His only good sides are that he's super strong and capable of feeding and protecting those around him, in many ways. Otherwise he has got the same strength of personality a potato would possess.

A spider crunching on a stone and not liquifying it to slurp it up later. Now I've seen it all. Zabuton isn't a normal spider for sure.

I think you've forgotten an important part for your argument.
The village chief only started things with Ru & Tia, the first two visitors. The High Elves there came specifically to increase the population of their race (and were brought there by Tia because the two of them wouldn't last too long on their own against him). Basically, for food and for him. Anything after that was either directly planned by the women or the women were swept up in emotions due to it and then joined in.
Basically, he only actively seduced 2 women. Everyone else ? They forced themselves on him more or less.
Romance ? Compared to survival and your race flourishing, that's worth nil in the long run.

@Robbini He has never seduced anyone. It was the women 100% from the beginning who wanted him. Not that they would have had much to choose from.
I don't see anyone in that village needing to be overly concerned about survival. The elves should be, though, as a species, if their next generation is entirely formed of full or half-siblings. There will be lots of problems down the line.

The High Elves had their villages destroyed some... 200 years ago they said. And had been wandering since. And thus needed somewhere to replenish their numbers. They had been known for stealing men earlier, but those men obviously weren't as good. And all the male elves had been taken in by other villages, so they're not the last high elves alive.

@Liquidxlax @boag Remember the whole reason why Hakuren attacked the village in the first place was because Lasti was fucking the MC. She was jealous that Lasti, her niece, had found a man before she did. He started doing Hakuren a bit after that. They mentioned in it the story as well.
