Hmmm... Lemon in mead I've not tried. I usually drink mead with cranberry juice. It is a very good combination.


(But yeah, given mead is made from honey, the fuck would adding more honey do? Neat mead is sweet as hell already. That is exactly why cranberry is a good counterpoint to the sweetness, and I suppose lemon might be too.)
