yeah i thought so too because the cause of old age is the lack nutrients and immunity of the diseases to system needed for the body therefore his cells which cannot be sick will always be a revitalize cell which would cause him immortality
am i wrong about that?

Dying at old age is ill, and God give him a healthy body so his cell still continue to renew like ordinary adult.
