After re-reading chapter 1, I finally understood the text that warn user that this info in that panel is important for the next part.
First he chant something after he gets the explanation that none of his family wants to see him. Then he chants again when he learnt Sega bow out and explain that he wiped his memory because he's sad.

We are definitely going to get a tear jerker chapter when the uncle has to go through the notebook for retrieving some information.

now i get it : at the end , he buys a Xbox Zero because his favorite consoles were from Sega , and in 1990s , Sega was in a console war with Sony and Nintendo , so he has a grudge against them and refuse to buy their products , like the Play Station 4 and Nintendo B!tch , er , i mean Nintendo Switch .

'Cause Japanese families in manga are either saints or complete horrors the second someone might need special care. The saints are a rarity.
