The artstyle does ring some bells on some stuff I saw on hentairules some years ago.

Those two codes were quite disappointing... one is a group work and the other seems like his old work or smth, the drawing looks like a published sketch but indeed has the same style... and there were only 2 of them too...
I guess it's just that no one from the west scanlates his work or it's just that dude never bothered to sell porn for a living, or the person uses different pen name for lewds which i obviously can't find.

Because the protagonist misses all opportunities to score with girls and similar nice things due to being dense/too mistrusting, in hilarious ways. It's really a comedy tool first and foremost, so perhaps tragicomedy would be a better word. The tag is definitely misleading.

The focus of the story is two protagonist, nephew and uncle, Ojisan. Ojisan is the person that returned from the other world. It's probably a tragedy because Ojisan is in his original world and no longer in the isekai.

If you read the latest chapter, 31, Ojisan probably destroyed the isekai universe in his quest to return home
