Isekai Ten'ishita Node Cheat wo Ikashite Mahou Kenshi Yaru Koto ni Suru

This has got to be the most painfully paint-by-numbers isekai I've read in some time. Usually these things have at least some twist, no matter how small, but this one just goes right down the isekai checklist ticking off the boxes.

That being said, it at least doesn't have anything really gross (up through Chapter 6) so I can't really call it trash. It's just extremely vanilla.

really plain and normal but the chapters are nice and long compared to other similar stories.

its really basic but not in a particularly bad way. still a good (and longer by comparison) read, despite not having much uniqueness

Really basic power fantasy with nothing bad so far. It is still fun to read like a dnd adventure every adventure works the same but the journey is different. So far this journey feels like a 7 to me.

it's kinda good not gonna lie because it wasn't so serious like other isekais but when I saw that harem tag, this series kinda asked for it to be rated below I guess🤷‍♂️

@HellifIknow

You can't use the standard rating criteria when it comes to isekai, 99% of it is trash so when something competent looking comes along everyone gets their hopes up and leaves generous scores, the second this dude makes a dumb decision that screwballs the story it's gonna get booed down to a 6 or 7.

MC is really OP such that so far there has been no real challenge. Art is nice. The story is forced to be focused elsewhere besides working to be stronger, which is fine if the focused areas weren't so boring.

This is pretty good. Its a little bit different from the norm, but its still another OP MC manga, not that that's bad, just generic.
The chapters are pretty long, and the magic stuff is pretty well developed compared to other manga's thoughtless magic.
I know Im just some random person online so no one cares what I think, but overall I'd say its probably a 7/10.

@Pirate-Pierate Nah, there are plenty of people here who cares what others think and read the comments -- I think it's interesting to hear different takes and there are usually a lot of differing opinions!

For my take, I pretty much agree to the general sentiment in the previous comments; it's not that bad, just very generic. I do like the sword and round shield combo, far to few fantasy heroes in this kind of setting use a shield, unless it's a tank in an MMO-style story. Art is good enough and it's an easy read. As with any isekai, there's always the risk of it falling off a cliff some chapters in, though -- and with the obligatory loli making her appearance I fear the cliff may be approaching, especially since there's that harem tag....

Great art, somehow reminds me of Act-age, wasted on a slightly improved trashy isekai story.
