1. Hmmm this looks interesting, I might give it a go and see how it goes
2. 8 chapters later, the plot goes seemingly nowhere and the story is steaming pile of horseshit
3. Drop the translation and find something else to do
4. Mangadex readers are blue-balled because the story stops at some introduction of a new girl (the fifth one) that's about to be added to the MC's harem
