Damn penicillin would have worked but it would have taken too long looks like I would have killed her with my knowledge. But after hearing everything said yeah damn cholera or dysentery would be what I would have gone with which both can be beaten with rehydrating with a saline solution.

Cholera is spread through contaminated water. It isn't some fantasy-world miasma like all the doctors back in the day believed. While my knowledge is also pretty half-assed, I, at least, know this.

@TheBeltRanAway actually it's spread through bodily fluids... sweat, spit, blood... and what contaminates water... bio waste products -.- (piss and shit) It's an important distinction because an easy way to slow cholera contamination is just through proper sewage treatment and basic hygiene (cleaning your hands after you go to the bathroom, taking a proper bath... or wiping yourself off with clean water in those days, etc). The places that were hit hardest by cholera were also the places that had yet to develop such practices... nothing quite like urinating into your only water source -.-
