Balud's harem consist of only 2 ADULT women: maid and dog-eared merchant. They are his secured fiancees. There are more who want to be his fiancees, like Teresa (tomboy), but she got engaged to foreign prince instead.

The description says that the MC has three souls in his body. Will there be any interactions between those 3? I'm on chapter 8 right now but
the interactions between the souls (like the souls talking to one another/deciding what to do with their life) are like.. missing? And what does the original soul do? I don't know if I missed something but the manga didn't establish anything about it. I feel like this novel is lacking in these aspects.

I read the title as Isekai Tensei Sudoku, and was quite confused for a moment
@mikolokoy There's not much interaction. After all, it's not like some God grabbed two souls, and forcibly stuffed them into a body that already housed third. It actually seems there's no Gods in that world, period.
What actually happened is that Balud, as a child, recalled memories from his last two past lives, (possibly because of his mother's training trauma) and as a result went insane. The two other guys are more like delusions than actual souls, made up by his brain to cope with experiences that would otherwise consume his existence - likely because both had extremly strong, even obssessive regrets before they died. To help maintain his remaining sanity, the other personalities agreed to minimize both interactions and the time Balud isn't driving the body. Once they get over their regrets, their "screentime" will be even less.
Novel explains this stuff better.

About the souls. Doctor in the first chapter already explains it: Balud is unwell because he has 3 souls/personalities within him. There are few pages in all where they interact between each other. Otherwise the souls influence Balud and his actions: obsession over the money, merchant's dog ears, and fortification of Antrim with trenches and bunkers are clear signs of it.

I kinda don't like how the 2 other souls don't play a more active role that much (PS I've read 15 chapters so If I'm wrong, too bad)

Oh man this waiting for months and months for this war is starting to kill me.
