I started reading the last installment and then it seemed to carry on into the current one and I'm still confused. So a request came in for a revolutionary leader and then ...? and then there's a completely different request for a demon lord, and that's the office lady in this chapter?

frankly it couldn't possibly be difficult to find a demon lord type, just find anyone who works for a living and still has a good heart. heroes are just assholes who demand too much of customer service.

Buddha is probably about equivalent exchange with Karma
Edward Elric about exchange in alchemy
Kelvin about exchange/equilibrium for heat/pressure and so on
