Context since I forgot all about the woman transporter and that she has a totally different case from the reformer request:
The client of the woman transporter is requesting a reincarnated demon lord for their world. They reluctantly accepted the request but planning to send a crappy one instead because they don't really want to do it. The woman was asked to pick someone worthless to be a crappy demon lord and she picked her own bureaucrat civil servant father.
