This chapter kind of remind me about ONE's little web comic The old man of the underworld. A silly little series with some heartfelt moments.

Pretty depressing that the guy’s friend just got straight up murdered in front of him and he had so little time to actually feel bad about it.
Also like that they adressed how old the guy looks compared to his age. (Though that’s mostly a response to the author’s own style)

@Gustbk That kind of job would drag you down, but I imagine the impact is lessened knowing that the people are not dead dead, though they are taken from their families.
