Wait, no, that's not exactly what i was asking. I mean, reincarnation device was said to transfer soul and leave body. So what's the point of hitting dead body with it? What Anna meant by "displacing a body"?

If I were to guess, since she lost her lower half, sending her to another world in that state would only leave her with enough body control for her upper half. Her legs in the other world would've simply collapsed from "phantom limbs" because her soul would have no connection to them over there.

@Tactless @HYBRID_BEING My interpretation is that, if by the slim chance her concioussness is still in her brain after the trauma, he could send her to another world so that her soul could be saved. Still not sure why he had to prop her up on a noose tho.

It can't be setting up a fake suicide for the police investigating cause her lower half is chopped off which anyone with a brain can see would probably involve some sort of foul play.
