Though, the anime basically skipped scenes that would made the anime bearable for the normal by-passers. Manga is pretty nice, but honestly LN is the best version of the series to me.

This concludes the vol1 ln worth of stories. They didn't include the slime castle or even the invitation to the capital interludes due to them not being overall relevant to the story (can argue on the latter one but i digress), where as the second half of this chapter was also an interlude but has obvious relevance to the flow of the story.

Though a little sad that they were not included since they are fun reads at least once

I haven't read the LN ver. But after i read this chapter, i can say that this MC has Manly side that doesn't shown well in the anime (his battle scene on the anime feel like a gimmick of other MC isekai story cmiiw)
