Eh, it's a slice of life harem series. The battles were never really the focus. This thing was always 10,000% wish fulfilment garbage, if you ever forget that and try to look for tension and suspense in the combat you're just gonna have a bad time. Still, there probably could be a better balance struck here, but it is what it is I suppose.
