Isekai Yakkyoku - Vol. 3 Ch. 12 - The Boy Without A Shadow and the Inquisition, Part 1

Its definitely xylitol, However the way the items are represented can be confused due to the fact sweetcorn and sugar cane are used in the production of Fructose but the byproducts of processing maize, and some types of trees (the item in his left hand I assume) are used to make Xylitol. The way the wood was drawn would bring up confusion as well as the fact that corn is also used both in fructose and xylitol.

@GrimGriefer

First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it.

With my basic knowledge in physics it's still one thing I can't understand, Fluorine as the greatest electronegativity on all atoms which means it's the one that's the hardest to make react with anything .. how come it does here ?
If someone as more knowledge and would be willing to impart this stupid me here

@chendu Here it's fluoride, not fluorine. I'm not an expert, but apparently fluoride helps enamel growth: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fluorine#Dental_care. Also, you have it the other way around, fluorine is actually very reactive.
