@Animeknight She listened and obeyed her husband when he said to her do not put on make up as it will shorten her life. That tell that she can be reasoned with and he tell her with no fear.

The brother has more charm than the MC, so of course, the author has to do something about it.

The big brother was a nice big brother after all. He's just a bit awkward with his sibling love it seems.

This manga is about medicine and illness and he was a renowned pharmacist in his previous life yet he still contributed getting a cold from being wet? Getting a cold has nothing to do with being wet or cold. Did the mangaka not know better or was it just an easy excuse?
From reading comments here I can deduce that it isn't actually a cold he has, but still...

I like how the author adds info about how the MC is different from the previous. The MC more adult like and mature, he’s wise and can see the big picture. Instead of being envious he feels happy and grateful

I still dislike his no ambitious or hesitant personality though, at least not beta

while getting wet doesnt make you get a cold, cooler temperatures do put you at more of a risk to catch a virus, and if you have a pre existing cold, then it will also cause it to get worse since your body is rapidly cooled

He depleted it? I thought they only had a limited lifetime supply in this world...author error?

Oh Japan, even in a story entirely about medical stuff, you STILL believe people spontaneously get the cold from simply getting wet (and in a ridiculously short timespan too). When are you going to stop being so damned superstitious, Japan? The common cold is caused by a virus, not by being literally wet nor cold. And frankly I don't believe for a second that the influence that little temperature difference could have on the immune system of an endotherm is enough to make any significant change to susceptibility to the virus either.

Japan's problem is they don't get enough rain, clearly. Walking about in wet clothes is just uncomfortable. It won't make you ill. Especially not in a matter of minutes.
