Considering hecaton chan last chapter, it seems giants wear very little, death abyss has a cape but that is basically one large sheet of cloth so has no seams as weak points. A normal shirt would be much more likely to tear and cracting that size would be expensive.

The anime goes as far as chapter 26 with the dream eaters on New Year, but some chapters up to there are out of order or not yet adapted. Pretty sure they don't review the centaurs in the anime and I don't think Demia has the halo piece in the anime yet, for example.

i think the authors change the design of the salamander girls in this chapter .
each girl has 2 sharp horns in the front of their head , and 2 deer horns in the back .

@daywithoutgames: Perhaps another idea to consider is why salamanders would even have assholes? I just assumed that anything they consumed would be incinerated into atoms once they digested it. Maybe they crap out ash and charcoal?
