Issue turning off the hentai

Im having an issue where if i go to the setting and turn the Hentai option to hide hentai and save it, it doesnt update/save. I've changed languages and site theme's and everything and it all saves without a doubt except the hentai option.

Is there something else i have to do here?

edit : Kept trying different options, reset/cleared my cookies a few times, apparently somehow one of those times it worked, logged back in and all is well.
