It doesn’t seemed to have a lot of comedic scenes as the other one (i forgot the title but it’s also a brother got reincarnated to an otome world but as the “heroine”) and the world of Otome games is tough for mobs (i kind of dropped that one though)

@Nixnaw i dropped that one cause the mc is keep getting bullied by girls. And GIRLS LITERALLY RULE over there but boys are treated like garbage. It's just the worst. Moreover, mc had been bullied a lot by his sister in his first life. I don't know how u feel about it cause a lot of people like it. But in my opinion, it is just terrible

From what I read of the WN, it seems the game heroine isn't even MC's sister; she's her own person. Sister has not appeared in the story at all yet.
