Not too bad of an ending but it felt super rushed.
Itou disappeared, he came back, he then left, two years passed, then he came back again, they started living together and ended up sleeping together... In the span of one chapter. That's way too fast, it should have filled at least 3 or 4 chapters. The sudden change in pacing makes me think that the end was rushed, probably because of constraints on the author as it is something quite common in the manga industry.

This being said, it's still a good end nonetheless.
