@Ivich I am going to go out on a limb and guess that you give your wholehearted approval to men having sex with multiple women while believing women are sluts if they ever have sex with more than one man (and god forbid if they have sex with another women). Possible "factors" proposed weren't here nor there, person was just desperately signal dumping their opinion and clumsily trying to tie it to the topic at hand in authoritative manner ("hard to deny" followed by "social credentials").

And in most series MC have only one guy friend all others are girls(romantic interest)

If you look at the MC of this series, if he claimed he has no need for friends, 99% of people would think he's only saying it as a coping mechanism. He's not exactly any 100% of time for studying, no time for playing around kind of guy. If he was, he wouldn't concern himself with girlfriends either and he would have no self-confidence issues. He's also no chuuni living purely in his own little world.
