Man this female protagonist is a cardboard. It feels like when it comes to apathetic characters in manga you really need to know how to pull it off, otherwise reading the manga feels like eating pasta without any salt. 'Kuuki Yometemasu ka?' feels the same way, though the author is at least going for comedy there (doesn't work).

Besides the meta reason that NTR doesn't actually happen that often in non-h manga, it was clear from her personality that it wouldn't happen.
She doesn't really lack consideration for her partner, simply she doesn't care enough about herself and therefore delegates any choice to her partner to please him, so cheating is also ruled out because it would displease her partner. All her relationships ended because she was "pumped and dumped" rather than her leaving them.

Didn't NTR start to become more relevant as an issue (or fetish) outside of pure hentai only when the Korean pornhwa started to get more prevalent? My gut feeling is that 10 years ago there were far less of those series around, at least in a translated form. Then some people just kept going around the comment sections of various series posting about NTR this, NTR that, at least back at Kissmanga. More people joined the choir, thinking it's cool to "educate" people.
