It's probably Emperor in the same way that Edelgard von Hresvelg eventually becomes Emperor.
aka Asian languages don't usually discriminate when it comes to the gender of who's in charge while in English if you see 'Empress' you'd assume that she's married to an Emperor.

It is an interesting take on the isekai premise but I have some doubts, such as the fact that the emperor she reincarnated as is skilled with the sword and has known war.
The only think she has is her knowledge of the plot, judging from her background. I am quite worried and skeptical.
Anyways, I'd still give this a shot.
