That metal justice dude was probably the best villain in the series. Nobody has come close to him since.

Also that guy has a cockroach ability. Cockroaches can survive even with part of their heads cut off. Its possible next chapter he'll be alive.

@stonefinger This IS volume 10. The magazine version is worse off than this and has almost no detail/shading at all. There wasn't as many improvements to this as the previous volumes, and the vast majority of them were made on the last few chapters of the volume. I don't have confirmation on this, but it seems like the artist has been having problems with that nagging injury in his right arm again.

The man can still throw down some amazing art, but consistency isn't likely to be one of his strong points moving forward.
