Man that Bark Bark source manga is much less happy and fun than I thought it would be based on the meme. Though it's definitely not the worst I've read, it's not fun, and the meme is 2 separate pages clipped together (and the quote may be changed, I don't remember). Source is Me Teru no Kimochi by Hiroya Oku (author of Gantz and Inuyashiki).
