Japanese is ドウルジ, which is "douruji", so MACZ2021 is probably correct.

Hmm anyone else wondering what is the gender of Salwa? Kinda looks like a girl, but in the manga (raws) Salwa uses the male pronoun for "I" (boku), so I'm now inclined to say Salwa's a guy.

Would be sort of odd as majority of characters in this manga are female. Maybe Salwa is just a tomboy?

Tbh, it's depressing to read the story.
Live alone in the unfamiliar place. Work part time with no future. Poor lifestyle with only basic necessity covered. Powerless against the enemy to achieve ur dream. Subordinates / friends doing better in life than urself. Insufferable pressure to do my best everyday.
