I expected Lily would turn out like that at the end, but not for the same reason. It's yandere urge at the end, but I don't mind. I like this kind of thing, twisted but sweet. I love the artwork too, it's fitting for the story. The artstyle feels very familiar...ah, of course, it's from the same mangaka as Hanako-kun! I'm not surprised they made this kind of thing (laughs). Anyway, great oneshot overall.

Very predictable, though I did expect her to die of her own actions, rather than mc suddenly getting a random backstory inserted to justify him suddenly doing it himself. That could have been revealed earlier imo.
