I doubt that. I don't think the author is allowed to go too far with H stuff. I could be wrong though. Then again, this is a shounen manga after all; H is censored most of the time.

I didn't play Godfall so I might be missing something, but I think the name of the character is Isa**b**ella - without going into details Spanish /b/ is way closer to Japanese /u/ and /w/ than to Japanese /b/, so rendering it in JP as "Isauera" doesn't feel off.
