Basically softcore timestop hentai without the hentai part (thus the Ecchi tag) so don't take the story or characters too seriously otherwise you won't have a fun time reading this.

If you're looking for your general isekai trash to self-insert yourself into then it's 10/10.

After the initial shock value, nothing really happens with this story. The MC doesn't continue to innovate and use his powers in new and clever ways. It's like the author ran out of ideas after the first 10 chapters, and it turns into the most generic isekai. There's no progression after chapter 5 and it's simply a grind fest.
