what the teacher said was accurate though she didnt listen to others and it is hard to make a club
I mean she could have had a club but she drove away the first batch of club members by not listening to them and having one sided conversations and has almost done so again through out the series
I hope hiroshima girl wins since I dont think shirogane has learnt anything its mostly toiri mediating between her and the others to stop the club self destructing

Honestly it makes so much sense now why she wouldn't let just anyone into the club. To minimize the people who would leave on a whim because they're not invested enough
