Crown prince Wilfred's mother is a mistress, while Fredrick (MC's ex-fiancee)'s mother is a noble. Most of the nobles dislike Wilfred over his lower status, and he lacks the support needed to back his actions and powerbase (meaning he can't do much to exonerate MC).

Not-Japan exists in this world; and MC's country trades with them. They usually buy ceramics, but sometimes they buy their excess food too. Rice never caught on with the nobles, so it's mostly sold as commoner food. Chiyo is a not-Japan merchant's daughter who wanted to start up her own business in MC's country.

From the manga raws, fake saint came from a poor family, drunk parents etcetc. Somehow the house they live in catches on fire and she shuts the door on her younger twin siblings while they’re screaming for her help. So essentially, SHE A MURDERER Y’ALL.
