The heck is going on. The first chapter is just... It has too much. So many characters, plotlines, threads, terms, information, dialogue, relationships, intrigues, systems...

Too much, I think the author was wayy too excited, and just dumped his entire story and setup here all at once. Maybe there's supposed to be a prequel...

No issues with the translation or scanlation from me, though I did not expect those couple of images in the start

Wut the fuc, seriously, add ‘sexual violence’ to the tags. First picture appears to be a girl getting raped. Next picture is a girl naked hanging by a leg. Then a fucking rape scene in the first chapter.
