Jinrou Game: Crazy Fox - Vol. 4 Ch. 24 - Final Countdown

wooooo it was a wild ride =u= thank you for the translations!

@Mira995 the first chapter did say that there are two winning scenarios
1. wolves winning if number of villagers and wolves are the same
2. villagers winning if all wolves are killed
if the fox is alive in either scenarios, the fox and hence ayaka wins :)

Holy shit, Yuuki.

I honestly thought Yuuki was willing to do whatever to live, but it turns out her pride won over her rationality. Lowkey, I wish we could learn more about her, and that's not because what she did at the end was amazing, but because her character development was the most interesting in my opinion. This girl keeps her room clean to an obsessive level, does what she can to become a hard-working member of society, but still finds herself oppressed by her abusive mother. She started out as a girl who wanted to give off a cool and calm demeanor as her own way of controlling herself and the situation, but she still finds herself played around by others. Not only was the third werewolf fucking around with her, but the other werewolf kept Yuuki in the dark. In the end, Yuuki commits herself to making an emotional decision, and takes revenge even if it meant costing her life. Man.

Still, this was a decent story. I would say maybe a 8/10. I don't care too much about the plot. What I like is death games and psychological analysis mixed together. This manga did both to a satisfying level, and that's more than enough of what I expected. I will say this. I do wish, like I did with the prequel manga, everyone's roles were revealed. We still were not informed of who both the bodyguard and the spiritualist were, and I have to wonder if Joe was even the real prophet.

I gotta say, it really is appreciated that the translation team stuck with this project as it is, even when this work wasn't close to its peak levels of interest in the earlier parts.
It's not much, but thanks for bringing us a nice conclusion.

Thanks for translating everything!

Was not expecting that ending at all. Would've liked to get more backstory on the third werewolf's relationship with the others.

yep, totally a crazy fox

i honestly hope they'll be a fourth manga, i really enjoy the series

Yea that ending doesn't make sense for me the game wasn't finished at all but okay sure....

That was an interesting way to end it. I wish there was a way to actually see who had what role. I am really curious if joe was the prophet or if it was someone else.
Thanks for translating the series.

(nathan explosion style 'euch') crazy ending for a crazy girl, huh?
i wonder if theres going to be one with all the winners? unless the glasses girl (from the first one) is working behind the scenes now, which would be an awesome story i think.
@SiKOi you are so incredible for going all the way with this one. thank you, you're the bomb!

the winners keep coming out broken. I wonder if thats the game makers plan.

Holy FUCK even till the end she manages to remain a COMPLETE psycho, even more than the FC of the other series

@kinyang there's a movie??

This isn't how a werewolf game supposed to end.
2 villager 2 ww 1 fox
That isn't the number of the game ending. If fox protection is like guard protection(they show it on the 2nd book), werewolf could waste their night by going into fox room and hang her the next day(or if lucky enough, the prophet would kill her).

But well, the 2nd wolf already decided she would betray anything the 3rd wolf will do. Their only chance is if the prophet kill the fox first.

Anyway, thanks @SiKOi for the ride~

CMIIW, the game ended because :
- Since Momoko (Villager?) going to be killed, the number of the Villagers will go down to 2 people
- As the number of the Villagers are equal or less than the Werewolves, the Werewolves should be win
- But there's Fox that can't be killed by the Werewolves
- So Fox win?

Can anyone reminds me who's the bodyguard, spiritualist and prophet again? Since this manga kinda long, I lost track of who is what, aside from the fox and the werewolves.
