Given the horrific things the Dominators have done and the suffering women like Midori have gone through, I can't blame them.
I mean, what did Mashiro expect was going to happen? Killing people in battle solves everything, but once you start subjugating territory and taking prisoners, what are you going to do with all the jailers, rapists, murderers, torturers, slavers and their accomplices? Take them to prisons they don't even have at this point?

Yeah speaking on a purely pragmatic way, the best thing would be to completely eliminate all opposing forces that held the ideology of torture rape and abuse.
The main problem arises of what happens afterwards, if you replace one abuser with another, how long until a new cycle of abuse starts?
Will the women treat male children the same way?
Theres a reason why after WW2 the allies didnt just nuke and murder every German, Italian and Japanese citizen.

@Misticsan Remember that outside plot armor Dominators are the ruling power with no contest. If both factions fight women will end losing or at best manage mutual destruction and that with a ton of plot armor.
The last thing you want is the give Dominators excuses to justify their actions or reasons to why Dominator forces cant surrender to women because they will suffer an horrible fate, so they will fight to the last
About what to do with the prisioners you have the option to put them to work (but not as expensable slaves) and earn their bed and food with their efforts. I bet that many dominators have very useful skills that women lack as mechanics, technicians etc that can be put to use.
What Mashiro is trying is basically tend bridges between the factions to see each other as equals, if the women faction act as bad as the dominators that means the dominator abuse is justified and normal, because is the fate of the strong to trample on the weak.
Remembers me on Warhammer 40k when Tau held off a punitive expedition force from the Imperium until was forced to retreat due to Tyranids atacking elsewhere and Tau thinking they were hot shit for defeating the Imperium army when it actually was a minuscule fraction that still managed to cripple the Tau planetary expansion.
And eye for an eye no longer is a viable option, moreso when one faction overpowers by far the other

Your argument has reason, but in this case I can't see it working too well.
While there are exceptions, Zane and that other guy who won Gloria's heart being prominent ones, Dominators have been consistently portrayed as demented rapists and torturers who think real, living women are as expendable as dutch wives, if not worse.
That is not to say "OMG DEATH TO MALES", but I can understand if women who get the chance to repay Dominators for their, ah, "attention" are hateful and murderous and give no quarter.
