@mahtan They made it clear Bertia was pushed down the stairs, practically attempted murder, (they also mentioned that alot more things were being done to Bertia don't remember if they listed any specifically besides pushed down stairs.) for miss Heronia to consider herself the worst victim shes def self centered. I mean the girl was nearly killed and she goes on to stay to the man and fiance comforting her that he and she belongs together? I'm sorry but thats definitively self centered.

Idendity theft and false incrimination are worse crimes than most of what was done to Bertia, the only thing that was really bad was the attempted murder which is still arguable that it was just a attempt to hurt and not to kill Bertia. If Heronia had not been cleared of this she would lose her position in the noble society forever even if she wasn't imprisoned and/or exiled, don't forget Bertia's ending for harassing the MC in the game with things that were less than what Miss Ilyin was trying to incriminate Heronia of doing.
Bertia is the victim in the sense that it was done to her but Heronia would have the way worse consequences if it was not cleared here.
