So basically her family using an unneccesary standards that used to make them fight over their heir or throne which is making one of them become trash (useless) and in order to compensate it, one of them must offer their body and soul to serve them aka as a slave which is making me puke to see that.
What kind of parents using that as an absolute standard for survival of the fittest in their family to make them 'kill' each other??? Really, how can those well known despite their shit system that was using behind the scene???
Even I who owns the store wont abused my co-worker or employee like that since my dad always teach me to be nice and understanding with them or they will show disloyal to us.

@hartex92 There exist such familes that have a long line of generation and follow the tradition that formed since the old times. Most (if not all) of them are high-class, well-known names in the society, a lot of reputation, power and such, thus they're strict about keeping their face and their standing. There are not many of these families, even fewer in the modern era as we have broader common senses.
Here in Asia, the "SotF" mindset is more common. Your parents, teachers, seniors, etc.. mostly people from older generations. Not outright forcing the children to confront each other, but pressing them to MUST be better than anyone else. The parents would even compare their own children to one another; their OWN brothers and sisters. If you can not do any better (even when you reached your limit), you will be pressured to be at even more non-sensible levels of expectation.
Things haved changed a lot over the last decades, but the mindset is still there. It is fucking exhausting.

I am really appreciated with that explanation. However, I am still dislike that kind of system since sooner or later this is will make you become isolated with others and you will see them as an enemy, not a friend or buddy.
I am still remember back when I was Primary High School, I was being compared with others since I have excellent grade on Math, but they forget that I had bad grade on social subjects and language subjects since Math back then was being number one subject that everyone was so jealous if they was beaten even if it just 1 point (it was so popular on late 80s and early 90s back then)

Still, the protagonist is too weak to undressing women. Such simple psychological manipulation made him not to check for the devices she mentioned, despite them being possible to embed anywhere including her collar.

He actually OP when it comes to betting and gambling in extreme situation, but when it comes to daily life, he is just an average man that you can see everywhere.
Not everyone is so OP on everything, even the smartest one still have a weakness and we can exploit it to beat them since rules have loopholes (not perfect) too.

His concentration actually always peak
during gambling, but when it comes to daily life, he always let his guard down several times and he dont care about it.
Judging from his past, he already had experiences so many odds against him but he always keep his head cool while analyzing the situation. If not, then why he get title UNDEFEATABLE on extreme gambling for 5 years if he can get averted so easily like you said???
