I think the Queen is a thot or prolly better. Why?? Some reasons ahead:
1. Wincest FTW. She looks super good , but what irks me the most is the next reason.
2. Her facial expression when she replied to the Kings remark of his son being his (due the mark showing properly on chest of the MC). Her face was like, she was just about to be caught in the act.
3. Plus, MC is the 8th child. since the King stated that the birthmark was there in a proper manner (like not in a faded condition, possibly highlighting the diluteness of the genes), it's possible that other children of them do not have a proper mark.

Well, i hope this goes for the Wincest-harem route but the tags don't do justice to my expectations.

I really appreciate the genre as it helps me escape into "yet another" world however generic it might be.
I basically spend most of my day sleeping and the rest daydreaming and roting away so this "drop of water" in my ocean means a lot to me.

@yldDavid I...uh don't know what to say there. All I'm saying is that there's a lot of Isekai, the phrasing "finally another" makes it sound like you've had to wait at least a month since the last new isekai title, which I can guarantee isn't the case.
