@Sarsak I wonder if there is any country it isn't illegal. If you leave the baby somewhere without any care and/or somewhere cold it might be just die there.
It just shows that baby hatch or baby box where people can anonymously leave the baby are good, since they don't need to risk the life of a baby out of desperation or out of an impulse.
In my country those are literally called the window of life.
