10 meters for a close range stand is ABSOLTELY BONKERS. Most close-range power types can go as far as 2 meters usually, even 5 is rare.

Fun fact, DIO and Star Platinum are the only ones able to actually deflect the emerald splash. All the other ones were avoided/dodged.
