this moment is quite scary when you take it from the crusaders' perspective. You're now so close to reaching Egypt and free Holly from her stand and then suddenly without you knowing, there is already an enemy stand in the submarine and it cuts off Joseph's hand

@Mandra174 obviously since they thought that enemy stand users won't be able to locate them if they are under the water. they didn't actually think that there was already an enemy stand with them

@antioniobrando They kinda establised that back in the Tower of Gray, and reinforced it some more in the Devil and Death 13 arcs. Even in their sleep they weren't safe.
