The reason he was ran over was because the driver didn't see him. That means he died because he was unnoticed, which is the way he wanted to live his life

Also it was pretty ironic that he started his after life by being dragged by ghost hands.

If you haven't really realized so far in this part Kira was the only person who killed people, with the exception of Akira Otoishi killing Keicho
Josuke and the rest didn't do such things
This part is more slice of life and not as cruel and hard as the other so Kira dying by an ambulance and not being killed by any of them is really fitting for this part
Some might be disappointed, but to be honest this had to be done

Kira was probably one of my favorite villains in JoJo,then again I only finished up to part 5,3 parts left to go and of course the one shots

kind of a disappointing way to go out. this is why i think part 4 is the worst. jotaro and kira feeling like the only characters that matter, josuke not being able to defeat kira himself compared to previous joestars and their main villian, koichi getting pushed a bit too much, etc. and what i mean by this is jotaro and kira basically set out the plot while koichi to me feels like the character to get pushed into the most scenarios in the plot. because of this some people see part 4 as controversal (maybe not as much as part 6 tho). my guess is because of how it doesnt feel satisfying compared to part 1-3 endings but obviously i could be wrong. either way despite it being the worst it definitely is still GOD TEIR compared to other animes ive seen so atleast there is something good i can throw out to it. a jojo part is a jojo part at the end of the day
