i love Jotaro in this part, he finally has some sort of personality even if it's not much. the interactions between him and Josuke are endearing/funny as well
@krmit1 seems like he's a peaceful guy at heart. i mean, he became a marine biologist of all things. there's also probably some PTSD involved from Egypt (or something less severe- like bad associations with his Stand ability to stop time). although the main reason is probably because i guess he thought that after defeating Dio, he wouldn't need to fight again so he didn't even bother with it
Jotaro probably didn't train his ability because he didn't have to
Why train yourself when you won your battle and don't know any other person that could be your enemy
He just lived his life like a normal person, and although he seems violent, he is a peaceful and gentle person at heart
He also most probably suffered from PTSD. At just 17 he had to travel the world, risk his life watch his friends die and kill people, which isn't an easy thing to do. And it seems like Jotaro's first encounter with Kira proves his PTSD as the fight resembled the Stardust Crusaders' fight with Dio
But come on in the starting of this part he was wary of dio resurrecting and I think that already classifies as a big threat for jotaro to train for....seeing no improvement at all is honestly just depressing
