On the 7 differences the left Johnny is the real one because of his hat and the lack of a scar, but the right Gyro is real because his clothing has the normal dots and he has the normal amount of face square things. They must've either not have noticed they're in different universes because they're so similar or just went with it because they all share the common goal of stopping the president.
