Judge Lee Han Young - Ch. 2

Does the Korean judicial system work that way? I mean. Telling the prosecutor to make a new case for murder seems to be an overreach of power.

the other time, it was the prosecutor who is synonymous with justice, but now its the judge...

My god, this is worse than i thought, it seems like the author completely dont know how things work irl.

@tlst9999 no it’s about reporting the case as something different. Just like in the US how you choose to file a case is different...now that this criminal is found to not be a petty thief but a serial killer he just needs to resubmit the paperwork so the correct trials and courts will stand trial for it. This is common procedure in most civil law countries

There are so many users here who don’t have an ounce of understanding about how criminal trials work.
