@Binary10011 what I understood is that she doesn't want to marry him as "Karina Bifta" (was that the fake name?) but as "Adele" since she felt that she wouldn't be able to go back being "Adele" if she did so even after her younger sister is born and she didn't want to feel that Hexion was the shackles tying her up to that name and ending up resenting him (sorry if it's a little confusing )
