Hmm...well, it's definitely before the original cast graduated. It's also just after one of their concerts at an open house event (or this girl, whose name I can't remember, wouldn't have been able to watch it), so probably one of the cultural festivals. It's been a while, so I'm not sure how many of those they performed at, or whether the panty-flashing incident was even at one of those (I think it was at a welcome performance for new students probably).
