Even though, by getting in the thick of it turns the eyes of two powerful organizations towards the country. In other words; she saw a tiger fighting a lion, claimed they were nothing but house cats and jumped right in between them to fight both of them.

Yup.

Still like this series. Still think it would be better if he wasn't playing a game. His whole thing was he wanted to be the dark hand behind everything. And once he finally gets that, he thinks its all just some play or game. Oh well. I can skim the chuuni stuff and enjoy the rest.

This is really reverse chuuni. He is powerful beyond measure, but hides it, while pretending that he genuinely has no power, while dreaming of being a mysterious and unstoppable force. Like some kind of double-inversion.
